You did not build my site. Is that a problem?
In most cases, no. We start with a check of how the site is built and what is causing trouble. If something has to be repaired before it can be maintained properly, we tell you up front.
What happens if my site goes down?
You message us on WhatsApp, or our monitoring alerts us. We find the cause, restore a backup if needed and explain in plain words what happened and what we are doing to stop it happening again.
Can I keep editing my site myself?
Of course. The site is still yours and you keep your access. If something goes wrong, we can roll back to an earlier version from the backups. For trickier changes, just send us your request instead.
