Frequently asked questions
What if a customer does not show up?
No tool removes no-shows completely. A reminder before the appointment helps the customer remember or let you know if they cannot come. You can also free the slot by hand and offer it to someone else.
Do I have to accept every booking automatically?
No, that is your choice. Some businesses prefer instant confirmation, others want to approve each request, for example large tables. In that case the customer gets a reply after your approval and the slot stays on hold meanwhile.
What about customers who prefer to call?
They keep calling or writing. You or your team add their booking to the same calendar in a few seconds. The online page does not replace contact: it mainly takes requests when you cannot answer.
