Frequently asked questions

Do my guests need to install an app?

No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and the menu opens in the browser. To order, they send the prepared message on WhatsApp. A paper menu stays useful for guests who would rather not scan.

Do guests pay directly from the menu?

No, the QR menu does not include online payment by default. The order arrives on WhatsApp and payment works as it always does at your place. If you want something else, talk to us first and we will see what is possible.

How do I change a price or remove a dish?

The change is made online, not on paper, and the menu is up to date as soon as it is saved. At the start we agree with you who handles it, your team or us. The printed QR code stays the same, so there is nothing to reprint.
